It’s spring here in the way up North country of Wisconsin – Everything is in bloom and frost still threatens most every night.  If you don’t like the weather here wait 5 minutes (sometimes less) and it will change. {grin}

I hope you will come back often. These blog posts will be about the craft of writing for both author and reader. Reading Henry Ford’s biography today I realize what a great mindhe is.  What organized and persistence got him where he was. And most of all how his life– pertains to writers as well.

I love words – have forever.  Word origins are amazing lexicons of adventure to explore.  Robert Louis Stevenson had a great definition of fiction and its importance I will have to go find that passage again so that I can post it here. Great men & women seem to also have a love of words, concise, beautiful exacting words evoking a meaning you can’t miss.  We’ll look at them here.

Thanks for coming and come back soon.
